We offer the following:

· Different Compensation Packages – Which one is right for you? W2 employee or subcontractor. Guaranteed weekly salary plus bonuses or paid by the hour or get paid a % of the job.

· Support –routing, scheduling, ordering parts, field service management software, customer service

Required 5 years minimum home appliance repair experience. Good communication skills, a pleasant personality and top-notch customer service are characteristics expected of a Hartman’s Appliance Repair employee.

· Mon – Fri or Tue – Sat schedules available

· 6 -10 jobs per day – No insurance work, only out of warranty repairs

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures

· Travel to work sites to perform appliance repairs

· Data entry, basic computing & phone application skills

· Diagnose broken appliances

· Provide a thorough analysis and explanation to the customers

· Provide estimate for repairs using company pricing guides

· Provide notes for all jobs using company software

· Collect payments for good or services

· Communicate with office with job status updates
