Big Sur Construction is a rapidly growing property management company located in the Central West End. We manage over 2500 apartments and are looking to bolster our maintenance staff with a few more employees. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled appliance technician to join our team. You would be required to service and troubleshoot all systems in our portfolio as well as repair the systems.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Install home appliances/equipment
• Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the tenant's home
• Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job requirements:

• appliance repair tools (drills, screwdrivers, basic tools)
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Flexible and variable hours (weekends)
• Reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
