Job description
Grow your career as an Application/Production Support with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will be an L2 production support role who will be part of a bigger team.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of application production support experience with strong skills in Unix and SQL.
- Must have good SQL skills.
- Must have application support experience.
- Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
- Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
- Good all-round technical skills.
- Strong technical skills must include (but not limited): Unix, SQL, J2EE Web and App servers like Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, IHS, Connect Direct, shell scripting.
- Issue tracking and reporting using tools.
- Knowledge/experience of problem management tools.
