Summary Description
Responsible for training, administration, and technical support for all lending applications or other related applications. Responds to alerts and escalations and completes technical and procedural documentation.
Essential Functions
- Performs software troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common software problems
- Works with IT in upgrading network software components as required
- Installs, upgrades, configures, and tests lending applications
- Provides users with software technical support
- Responds to needs and questions of users concerning their access to software resources
- Responsible for troubleshooting and capturing change request details for hand-off to IT department or vendor
- Continuously seeks out opportunities for process improvements and makes recommendations
- Continually monitors current software and software vendors for efficiency opportunities
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
Position Requirements
- 1-2 years loan underwriting experience
- 1-2 years support experience with loan management and mortgage lending solutions
- Previous experience with Finastra and Jack Henry Banking applications preferred
- Requires a valid driver’s license with exemplary driving record
- Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
- Typically, the employee may sit to perform the work. However, there may be some standing, walking, bending and carrying of light items in the course of the work
