Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled IT Transformation Sr. Manager who will be responsible for Transforming the large Managed Services Program and drive, lead and manage major and complex change to increase efficiency of transformation opportunities. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Identify the transformation Opportunity, assess the benefits and drive it for closure
- Drive, lead and manage major and complex change to increase efficiency of transformation opportunities
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Prepare reports for delivery leads
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in managing large transformation project/program management.
- Experience of working at a senior level in a complex environment, managing multiple transformation projects with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience of leading and delivering large scale transformational change and the ability to convey a compelling and engaging vision of change. Ability to deliver major and complex change at pace, through obstacles.
- Ability to work positively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes and deliver change through people.
- Ability to deliver a program of Alternative Delivery models.
- Strong leadership credibility to ensure effective performance
- Highly developed interpersonal, advocacy and communication skills to be able to work effectively with individuals and a range of stakeholders.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills/Qualification:
- Knowledge in Life Sciences industry is preferred
- Experience in Automation tools and technologies is also preferred.
