Position Description

Oversees service lines related applications and consults with AU Health subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver venue configuration, testing, training and support. Develops and maintains a current and accurate understanding and material of their service lines applications and leverages internal and vendor resources to deliver problem identification and resolution. Collaborates and communicates effectively with colleagues and SMEs to complete tasks on time. Assigned tasks are expected to be completed in a specific timeframe with specific completion criteria.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 1 year or more of experience in application analysis or related. Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement. Proven ability to meet daily and monthly deliverables. Working cross functionally in organization to support business strategic goals and plans. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to prioritize tasks. Proficient in troubleshooting issues.

Preferred Requirements

3 years or more of experience in application analysis, suppporting a Help Desk in healthcare or IT environment or related. Experience in application support setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office basic tools. Proficient in application information tehnology and service delivery. Strong organization, presentation and customer service skills.
