The Big Task

Establish contact with potential customers to generate leads for our organization

Key Sub Tasks

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services within a retail environment.
• Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word. Be our Brand Ambassador!
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to work on tasks relevant to lead generation.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Participate in meetings and training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure effective communications regarding products.
• Set up of any booths and marketing materials for in store displays.

We are looking for people with:

• Willing to engage with the general public
• Motivated to help others
• Superior communication skills
• Customer service/retail sales experience
