O'Neill Healthcare North Olmsted is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable (AR) coordinator. The ideal candidate for the AR Coordinator position will have billing experience at a Long Term Care facility.
Duties include:
- Knowledge and experience with Long Term Care Medicaid practices.
- Knowledge of 9401’s, Gateway, Level of Care and PASSARs.
- Billing private pay and hospice agencies
- Maintain accurate and complete census information
- Census and Accounts Receivable management
- Providing information to the Home Office as needed for billing matters
- Collaboration with the Admissions team to ensure accurate information is obtained
- Prepare cash and check deposits daily, assuring deposit logs are accurate and submitted daily
- Timely collection of all Private accounts
- Assist Residents and families with Medicaid Applications
- Assist in data collection for any facility-related audits
- Manages resident trust funds
Position Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of Medicaid/Medicare insurance payors
- Knowledge PCC and Gateway
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Computer Skills
- Experience with Point Click Care Software
