Currently we have an opening within our Miami Lakes, FLlocation for an Architectural Estimator. Our Company is continuing to grow at a tremendous rate, which presents a great opportunity for top talent like you to join our company and ultimately achieve your long-term career goals.

The Architectural Estimator role is responsible for maintaining consistent, accurate and timely delivery of quotes to existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret commercial architectural and structural drawings quickly and accurately, as well as make an accurate takeoff to determine all materials required and pricing. Must be able to maintain records of quotes in an orderly manner. Ability to receive and prioritize customer's project drawings and requests for quotes is a must.

REQUIRED SKILL SET

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, creative solution and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Axapta or ERP related systems a plus.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD program.
• GDS estimating software or related programs a plus.
