Architectural Project Manager
Experience & Skills Needed:
- Use advanced techniques and adapts / modifies standard methods to unique problems
- Apply sound & diverse architectural experience to broad array of tasks and responsibilities
- Independently develops solutions to complex architectural problems
- 6+ years experience in Architectural Office
Supervises: Small team (1-3)
Full responsibility for:
- Client Relationship Management: Be their guide, set and meet scope and expectations
- Designer Management: Scope, coordinate and review designer work.
- Management Integration: Engage with initiatives of studio director, sales & risk management
- Work Product Lead: Technical and Creative lead
Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Tactics for how to implement Studio-Level goals and processes on projects
- How to meet project objectives, manage staff and engage clients
- Project-level design decisions (technical & creative)
Supervised on:
- overall project objectives, review of critical architectural / client issues, strategy to introduce/ apply new concepts
