Architectural Project Manager

Experience & Skills Needed:

• Use advanced techniques and adapts / modifies standard methods to unique problems
• Apply sound & diverse architectural experience to broad array of tasks and responsibilities
• Independently develops solutions to complex architectural problems
• 6+ years experience in Architectural Office

Supervises: Small team (1-3)

Full responsibility for:

• Client Relationship Management: Be their guide, set and meet scope and expectations
• Designer Management: Scope, coordinate and review designer work.
• Management Integration: Engage with initiatives of studio director, sales & risk management
• Work Product Lead: Technical and Creative lead

Decision Making Responsibilities:

• Tactics for how to implement Studio-Level goals and processes on projects
• How to meet project objectives, manage staff and engage clients
• Project-level design decisions (technical & creative)

Supervised on:

• overall project objectives, review of critical architectural / client issues, strategy to introduce/ apply new concepts
