American Guard Services seeks to hire a motivated Operations Supervisor to join the team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing day to day supervision of security staff including scheduling
Ensuring the client relations are maintained within the AGS standards, including regular contact with clients, proactive problem resolution, and oversight regarding daily client issues
Coaching, developing and guiding the branch staff to perform efficiently and effectively
Responsible for implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance with all company-wide programs
Must stand post when necessary
Qualified applicants for the Manager position will meet the following requirements:

Prior experience in security (3 years) with at least (1 year) Security Management experience
Valid state driver's license, clean driving record (no points in prior 3 years)
Must have valid Firearms permit
Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines
Must be good with technology
Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of security industry a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
