Job description

Complete assembly of final units (these include fill conveyors, underbins, undercars, 1208’s, 1610’s, hoppers, etc.)

Duties:

- Complete sub assemblies (these include heads/tails, undercarriage, etc.)
- Test completed units
- Track belts
- Clean and organize work areas
- Report damaged or nonconforming parts to reporting manager
- Attend safety meetings and work within safety policy requirements
- Perform some of the following as needed: welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, etc.
- Responsible for double checking assemblies to ensure that they are safe to ship out
- Work with shipping department to stage assembled units for shipping
- Support policies in employee handbook
- Load / Unload trucks
- Help put parts away as needed
- Help pull parts as needed for jobs
- Support UPS ordering as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to read measuring tools (tape measure)
- Mechanical skills preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools
- Some use of power/cutting tools to complete assembly
- Ability to be on feet the majority of the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required
- The ability to lift 10-15 lbs above your head

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
