We are looking to add Assemblers to our Indianapolis, IN team. This role assembles various sheet metal products and components by working on an assembly line utilizing various power hand tools and fastening equipment.

The successful candidate(s) will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or three to six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; understand and be comfortable with both the working environment and physical requirements of the role, the ability to read and understand simple instructions in basic English; the ability to do basic math skills. The ability to read basic engineering drawings and/or basic knowledge of electrical wiring is preferred.

This role is 1st shift, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday with a paid 30 minute lunch break. Once trained, employees may be required to work mandatory overtime after regularly scheduled hours or on Saturdays during busy season or as needed and required.

There is also opportunity for entry-level Assemblers on A,B, and C shift, where there are two paid 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch:

A Shift: M - Th, 5:30a - 4:00p

B Shift: M - Th, 4:00p - 2:30a (Shift Differential Applies)

C Shift: Fri, Sat, Sun, 5:30a - 6:00p (Shift Differential Applies)
