Description: Assemble raw materials and printed ribbons to produce finished award ribbons, rosettes, buttons and other products to customer specifications. Assemble a variety of products to specifications using a variety of hand, semi-automatic, and automatic equipment.
Job Type: Full-time; Onsite
Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday; Overtime as required
Starting Pay: $15.50/hour with presumptive pay increases at 6 and 12 months following favorable Performance Appraisals
Experience/General requirements:
- Must be able to read English, and must be able to write records of work completed
- Basic mathematical skills - addition, subtraction
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- No previous manufacturing experience is required. Assemblers are trained on the job by more experienced employees and begin by performing one or two simple tasks. With experience and increased knowledge, assignments expand to more difficult operations.
