$.60 shift premium for 2nd shift- $1.00 shift premium for 3rd shift

Your Role & Responsibilities

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Other essential job functions for an Assembly Producer:

• -Ability to rotate and attain proficiency at a number of various work stations
• -Ability to read gauges and record findings
• -Ability to measure sizes of parts in millimeters
• -Ability to use a computer, especially SAP, OEE and label programs
• -Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high quality orientation
• -Move product, material, and/or equipment to and from designated areas.
• -Maintain clean, organized, safe working environment with equipment and materials located in proper locations in accordance with 5S standards inside and outside of facility
• -Safely and efficiently operate all machinery
• -Ability to understand and follow proper purge procedures.

Experience

• 12 months of verifiable manufacturing experience required
• Good work history
• Employees must be able to work additional hours and/or additional days during the payroll week, which can and will be in excess of forty (40) hours per payroll week. Working overtime is a condition of employment
