Norwood Sales Inc. is seeking an experienced Assembly Production Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes with our Assembly teams. The Assembly Production Manager will assist our Plant Manager and oversee all daily operations in our Assembly shops. They will also work daily in our expanding manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include but are not limited in are:

Lead production staff for the Assembly shops. Increase production, assets, capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards and address employees' issues or grievances.

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of production/assembly management experience.
