If you are a Manufacturing & Operations professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Lebanon, Missouri location, you will supervise 15 - 25 employees in manufacturing processes within the Assembly Department, meeting or exceeding goals for production, safety, and quality. Emphasis on employee relations, housekeeping, and scrap reduction. You will work with existing policies for consistent application, partnering with management and human resources.

As an Assembly Team Leader, You Will:

Schedule

The facility works both a 4-day work week and a 5-day work week, depending on the assignment. Most jobs provide service and support to a specific shift, although some jobs provide support across both shifts. Our shifts schedules are:

First Machining - 4:45 AM to 3:15 PM

Second Machining - 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM

First Assembly - 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Second Assembly - 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM

The general working hours for this role are 4:00 PM - 3:30 AM.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• Two (2) year associate's degree plus one (1) year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• S upervision utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes as applies to such supervision.
• Good computer skills to facilitate processes, software used.
• Able to pursue related objectives with organizational skills to meet goals.
• Ability to work with personnel at all levels of the organization
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

• Four (4) year bachelor's degree.
• One to three (1-3) years or more of experience in manufacturing with similar responsibilities
