Assembly Technician I

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assembly Technician I will be responsible for assembling of Company products and associated equipment internally in consideration of Safety and Quality. Performs all tasks associated with the retrofitting and assembly of gaming devices and related equipment in the Las Vegas Facility. Maintains a clean and safe environment at all times while in the facility.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs in shop assembly, maintenance, modification and/or overhaul of AGT products and associated equipment in accordance with appropriate AGT operation and service guides, and department Health & Safety policies and procedures. Responsible for assembly, disassembly and rework, some test and repair of various AGT gaming devices by using production drawings and sample assemblies or verbal instructions regarding duties being assigned. Ensure that all tools are in good working condition and that the workstation is always clean. Other duties, as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education / Experience
Gaming school certification or equivalent through training and work experience.
Degree or diploma in electronics or related field preferred and minimum 2 to 3 years hands on experience with gaming machines.

Knowledge and Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must possess a solid, quality minded work ethic with strong attention to detail. Must have strong mechanical and technical skills and able to use and maintain general hand tools or electrical tools in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to read and follow work instructions and/or engineering drawings/prints. Strong computer skills.

Physical Characteristics

• Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 50 lbs., and/or team lifting.
• Must be able to work in small, confined spaces with both hands.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to assemble small components using hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, etc.

Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
