Job description
General Responsibilities
Coordinate assessment efforts at MMA: chair assessment committee (set agenda and chair monthly meetings); work with seven academic departments (nine faculty assessment leads) on assessment activities and reports for fall and spring; revise assessment forms and formats as needed; run review board for assessment reports/feedback; work with departments post-review.
Serve as point of contact for departments (2 per year) undergoing self-studies.
Coordinate professional development for faculty: run workshops each semester; coordinate with faculty to offer workshops; run "faculty conversations" program with monthly meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements
Master's and 3+ years of college-level teaching; 2+ years of experience with educational programmatic assessment; excellent oral and written communication skills; knowledge of Gsuite software (specifically Word and Excel); effective presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PhD and 5+ years of college-level teaching; background in pedagogy.
