Our Asset Manager is primarily responsible for the following:

  • Identify and implement strategic asset level initiatives within assigned portfolio.
  • Maintain Return on Investment reports on Value-Add portfolio.
  • Assists with the due diligence process for new acquisitions and dispositions
  • Remains up to date on submarket and industry trends. Conducts market research and analyzes market data including market occupancy, rental rates, demographics, competitor positioning and economic information.
  • Assists Vice President of Asset Management, working with the Project Management and Facilities teams to ensure capital renovation projects are progressing according to budgets and acts and able to report on routine basis with our ownership and investment partners. Maintains, updates, and analyzes Capex reconciliation and all other operational trackers.
  • Assists in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Executive Leadership Team and joint venture partners with recommendations to preserve, enhance, and maximize value.

Don’t sell yourself short. Our Asset Manager must have the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance or accounting
    • Advanced degree and/or licensing preferred
    • Minimum three years real estate analysis experience
    • General understanding of real estate principals including modeling, financial concepts, market data collection and other activities
