Position Summary:

Oversees the administration of the asset management program within D&C. Coordinates utilities asset management activities and communications. Coordinates and performs committee and special project assignments such as benchmarking base measurement analysis. Completes special projects as needed. Oversees the implementation and provides oversight of the division’s use of an automated work order management system. Manages the parts and tool inventories for routine maintenance and emergency repairs to water and sewer systems.

Performs extensive data entry using a variety of software applications to track and monitor work activities, training, employee records, and other business processes. Reviews completed work orders and data entry by ensuring that all data for Service Requests, Work Orders, and storeroom is managed in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for running weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual. Creates and maintains reports or electronic information in databases and spreadsheets. Creates and maintains electronic information in databases and spreadsheets. Generates reports and retrieves data from databases. Composes, types, and edits a variety of correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other material requiring judgment as to content, accuracy, and completeness. Coordinates and manages support to the supervisory staff of Water Utilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience in a closely related field preferred and
  • Moderate experience with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field required and
  • Experience can be substituted for requirements.

Salary Range:

$56,709 - $69,312/Annualized
