Our team is growing, and we need help with management. The Assistant Home Care Administrator will help manage the day-to-day operations of the company. He/She will be monitoring the Client Care Management, Staffing, and Recruiting teams in order to ensure that operations is running smoothly, and all deadlines are being met.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Leads and monitors staffing.
• Is accountable to provide solutions to problems that may interfere with the delivery of the services to both client and caregiver.
• Verifies and finalizes weekly payroll with the Staffing Supervisor.
• Monitors the recruitment process and the recruiters on their performance and day-to-day activities especially in relation to licensing compliance, and caregiver’s requirements.
• Coordinates the mailing of all billings and invoicing of clients’ accounts.
• Gathers check payments from clients and submits to the Administrator for deposit.
• Coordinates the office activities among different teams and stakeholders.
• Is accountable to respond and file for all government related mail such as EDD, IRS, FTB as well as Workers' Compensation documents.
• Serves as a custodian of licensing compliance.
• Support the Annual Training of all HCAs/caregivers
• Supervises the Office Assistant to perform the following:

1. Caregiver’s sign ups and Training

2. Ordering of supplies

3. Sending out LTCI log notes

4. Preparing supplies and mailing out greeting cards

5. Ensures that all caregivers’ and clients’ files are complete and in order

Qualifications:

• Preferably with Caregiving Experience
• A bachelor’s degree holder/college graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• San Bruno, CA 94066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
