Our Assistant Agriculture Manager at our New Richmond plant offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for assisting the Agriculture Manager with supervising all employees, all raw product needs, and maintenance projects.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing the company's raw product needs.
• Assist supervising planting and harvesting operations.
• Keep current of changes in the area of agriculture, including new seed varieties and growing and harvesting methods.

What You'll Bring:

• A minimum of two years of college preferred or equivalent experience.
• Should have overall knowledge of field operations and equipment.
