At Ramco you would be part of a close-knit conservative team, working for a technologically advanced manufacturing company, selling metal roofing, and building materials.

We are looking to hire an Assistant Financial Controller whose purpose is to maximize value for shareholders, carefully develop, analyze, and control all financial systems - Including sales, billing, payroll, AR/AP, banking, CC processing, coil claims, coil inventory and tracking paint orders.

Duties for the Asssistant Controller will include managing accounting records, evaluating, and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Assist management with important financial decisions

• Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts, and statements to understand the financial state of business. This includes budget, cashflow statement, margin trackers and pricing modeling

• Keep up to date on the financial market to understand how to maximize profits and find new expansion areas.

• Understand the financials of a company to meet legal requirements and keep the financial state in good standing.

• Regularly review current financial documents such as: Sales numbers, balance sheets, tax forms, income statements, accounts receivable and accounts payable to add to financial reports.

Skills Required:

· Strong understanding of financial management

· Strategic planning and vision

· Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills

· Understanding of advanced accounting and regulatory issues

· High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

· Expert at Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
