Job Title: Assistant Controller
Shift: Monday-Friday, 30 hrs/wk to start
Location: Ontario, CA
Competent back office assistant to assist with our explosive growth. RehabAbilities is a 35 year old local company based in Ontario, CA that specializes in finding jobs for healthcare professionals. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become full-time.
In this position you will directly assist our Controller by:
- assisting with payroll and invoicing
- tracking A/R
- assisting with benefits enrollment
- adding new employees to our database
