Our upscale Assisted and Independent Living Community is looking for a qualified Assistant Dining Room Manger. The below Full Time Position is inclusive but not all listed of the following:

• Responsible for assisting in all trainings for the dining room servers in proper technique and customer satisfaction
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitization of dining and service areas.
• Assist in circulating throughout the dining areas during meal service to ensure all residents are satisfied.
• Update seating chart as needed
• Work with Food Service Supervisor and Dining Room Manager during all special functions
• Being aware of residents special diets
• Perform premeal inspections to ensure coffee is prepared, water glasses are filled, juice machine is working properly, etc.
• Check all work assignments
• Be knowledgeable to special needs
