In coordination with our Director of Nursing, the Assistant RN holds a vital role in the care and services for our residents. We are looking for a caring, organized, conscientious person for our community. MUST hold a valid Registered Nursing License (RN).

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Oversee and coordinate health care services for all residents
• Educates and empowers and supervises Resident Attendants (CHHA/CNAs)
• Accepts on-call coverage as assigned and works every other weekend
• Assists with the direction of the Health Care Center
• Assists with the initial assessment on all residents to determine their level of care along with reviewing general service plans semi-annually or as- needed
• Assists with monitoring the condition of the residents as needed; performs medication reviews on each resident with the HSD; monitors medication storage and usage
• Helps to identify residents needing referral to a physician
• Assisted living, home care or long-term care experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
