Overview of the Assistant Financial Administrator role:

The Assistant Financial Manager will assist the Manager who is responsible for a case load of clients and handles all planning and decision making for each. Some duties include:

  • Full financial management of clients
  • Set up and management of Trusts
  • Budgeting and asset valuation
  • Assisting with inventory of property and assets
  • Working with contractor for properties

Preferred Qualifications for the Assistant Financial Administrator:

  • 1+ year in accounting, finance or related
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Non-profit experience, a plus but not required
  • Passionate about helping
