LYCON Inc. is a family owned and operated ready mix concrete, aggregate and building materials company serving South Central Wisconsin. We are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. We currently have an opening for Fleet Maintenance Supervisor in Janesville, WI.
Essential Functions:
- Organize, plan, assign, schedule and supervise work of personnel involved in inspection, repair, maintenance, and service of heavy duty equipment including diagnostics and after treatment systems.
- Determine type and extent of repairs required, and schedule repair of components, considering time requirements and vehicle downtime
- Maintain vehicle and equipment records
- Monitor and control supplies and parts
- Supervise, train and evaluate maintenance personnel
- Knowledge of equipment, tools, and materials used in vehicle and equipment maintenance activities and services
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
- Effectively utilizing computer software.
- Familiar with DOT regulations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
