As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage you:
- Oversee all daily operations of Giulia: https://www.dinegiulia.com/
- Oversee daily operations of Spyhouse, which serves the best coffee in Minneapolis
- Work closely with the sales, catering, and marketing departments to maximize revenue
- Ensure both guest experience excellence and employment experience excellence at all times
- Manage department's operational needs to include, ordering, scheduling, payroll and other labor, F&B costs, and expenses
- Execute small banquet and catering events in the hotel’s private dining spaces
Qualifications and Culture
The ideal
Assistant Director of Food & Beverage candidates should have at least 3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
