Dave?s Hot Chicken is a rapidly expanding new franchise of serving Nashville style Hot Chicken. As a local, family-owned franchisee we are excited to bring this extremely successful concept from Los Angeles to Salem, OR.

We are hiring for this position immediately although the store won't be open for months. There will be a required Brand Standards training session for 3 weeks at DHC in Beaverton. After Brand Standards training is completed but before opening, you will be practicing and developing your Operations skills at our other locations, including Tualatin, Sandy Blvd in Portland, and Eugene. Limited training expenses covered by employer may include mileage and accommodation.

Salary $55k - $68k, DOE, including performance bonuses

ABOUT THE POSITION

This management team will be responsible for developing and training a first-class team, and building a strong, positive team environment that allows Dave?s Hot Chicken and its employees to strive and provide our customers with an excellent customer service and dining experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Assistant General Manager candidates should have at least 1-3 years of General Management experience in a restaurant. We value honesty and integrity and so should you. You must be able to operate independently without a lot of supervision.
