Our team of Food Service Professionals at Monroe County Community School Corporation is dedicated to advancing student achievement by recruiting and employing the highest qualified staff for our schools.

Summary:
An individual in this position is responsible for carrying out the duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager in providing quality meal service to students.

MCCSC Food Service is looking for the following qualifications:

• Ability to read and write
• Ability to follow oral and/or written communications
• Ability to learn and follow prescribed preparation, meal service, cleanup, sanitation and safety methods
• Ability to inventory and record information accurately
• Personal standards of appearance and dress compatible with those standards adopted by the Food Service Department
• Emotional stability and physical fitness to perform duties assigned
• Ability to lift and move 35-50 pounds routinely
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a criminal history background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.53 per hour
