Kare Pharmacy in Leavenworth is in search for a highly qualified Assistant Manager! And we would like to hear from you- The Store Manager acts as a point of contact to our Associates and Customers. Our customers demand the MOST upbeat, positive and professional service to inspire their newest FAVORITE shopping location, and keep them coming back for more!

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Ability to train staff on providing excellent customer service regarding new sales floor merchandise and Kung Fu Tea cafe drinks, drive items and up-sales. Introduce and implement current specials and offers within the store to promote both sales and brand awareness. Assisting with making drinks and familiarizing self with recipes and accurate measurements by building consistency. Training staff to new rollouts, and seasonal changes. Documenting daily inventory needs, and cleaning tasks with attention to detail. Time management, and delegation of cleaning projects. Store Operations background preferred.

Operate basic POS system with cash management skills.

Follow company safety processes; ensure that the café is recovered daily in accordance to health department standards.

Conduct regular manager sales floor walks, and delegate roles effectively throughout store. This is a key holding position that requires all managers to have open availability and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
