Asst. Manager will be required to make sure all team members are trained ,provide great guest service . The Asst. will also be responsible for scheduling and be available to cover shifts if needed . The Asst. has to be flexible with work hours and be willing to Maintain a cleans store as well as holding team members accountable . Must be willing to work weekend as needed . Must be open minded and willing to help train and support the business and learn the Smoothie King brand.

As the Asst. Manager, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and employees. You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction by properly training employees and adhering to company policies. You'll oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the Manager is off duty or working on other projects.
