Job description
Responsible for all aspects of the business when the store manager is not present including:
- Resolving customer challenges
- Ensure clean/organized store
- Drive and communicate standing on KPIs (wax packs, AST, rebooking)
- Address operational details if needed
Flexible schedule is a must: Schedule is 35-40 hours including nights and weekends
Responsible for Front Desk associates, including:
- Driving series sales to hit the weekly goals
- Fast feedback/coaching to the team- lead by example
- Holding team accountable to all metrics (wax packs/lead conversion) and customer service
- Create monthly front desk schedule for manager approval
Conduct Weekly Inventory
Tracking and communicating where front desk team stands in metrics
Help Store Manager to drive a consistent, premium experience for all clientele
On-boarding/training front desk associates
Participate in weekly lead call
Leads the store in package sales and must hold team accountable if goals are not met
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
