Job Description:

Major function of the job is to assist general manager in the operations of the center with assigned responsibilities and functions. In the absence of the general manager, is responsible for the total operations of the center. *Personnel Management…Assists in direction of activities of workers engaged in providing services to patrons and in maintaining facilities and equipment. May interview & train new employees. Conduct employee meetings, motivate, assign job duties, supervise and fill in for missing hourly employees in all job categories.

*Business Management… Includes opening, closing, control counter operations, maintain a safe work area and safe environment for customers and employees.

*Customer Service… Provide friendly, courteous, polite and helpful customer service. *Marketing… in all aspects of the business by analysis, creating, developing, directing, organizing and retaining customers to increase business.

Required Skills

• Basic business knowledge, experience in Bowling Sales promotion, Employee relations and meeting the customer expectations.
• Effectively lead/direct, communicate with others with positive interpersonal skills.
• Responsibilities include working as a front desk supervisor, planning, assigning, and directing work; making sure customers are receiving outstanding customer service, rewarding and disciplining employees, scheduling; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required Experience
2 + years of management and Customer service. Knowledge of bowling center operations is a must.
