Assistant Store Manager
Location: Collinsville, IL
At Smart Financial we specialize in the acquisition and operation of pawn stores operating currently in the United States and Canada. We are hiring motivated Assistant Manager who would like to start their career in the retail environment, connect with people in their local community and make a positive difference in our customers lives!
In store management, you are accountable for the total leadership and strategic operation of your store including:

• Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
• Oversee Sales Associate/Lending Activities
• Financial management
• Customer Service Leadership

Our Store Leadership team drives store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through a focus on excellent service. Successful managers maintain and engage the store team through demonstrating initiative and leading by example. Support for our managers comes not only from their individual store teams but also regional field management.

What are the requirements for our Management team?

• Leadership experience is a plus
• Business awareness is a plus
• Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Solid coaching and motivational skills
• Solid knowledge of retail merchandising practices
• Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background check
• Have own transportation for in Market training outside of the area (expenses paid by company)

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
