In the US, we have offices in New York, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. Our client roster includes US Bank, White Castle, NASCAR, Tommy Hilfiger, Planet Fitness, Torrid, Illva Saronno, Lightbox, European Wax Center, Invesco, AIG, The Hartford, and more.

This role is hybrid (a blend of in-office and remote/work-from-home) and requires a candidate have proximity to our NY office. Salary $43-48k, commensurate with experience.


Job Description


YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a bright Assistant Planner/Buyer to help manage the day-to-day media planning tasks on multiple accounts. A naturally curious mind, resourcefulness, a love for numbers and a passion for advertising are a must. You should be diligent and pay great attention to detail, as well as be comfortable in a casual and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Works in hand with Planners/Buyers and Supervisors for media plan development
  • Participates in team brainstorms for media planning and creation of partner consideration sets
  • Assists in creating and presenting media campaign documents such as plan decks, flowcharts, screenshot decks, and spec sheets.
  • Leads inputs to media buying platforms for billing, budget management, and external contracts.
  • Creates media contracts within internal buying platforms to reserve media buys, responsible for accuracy of plan details, and ensures Crossmedia T&Cs are addressed and aligned on with external vendors.
  • Collaborates with Finance team to maintain billing reconciliation and identify billing discrepancies.
  • Conducts strategic consumer analysis & research.
  • Performs weekly pacing and monitoring of campaign performance.
  • Develops relationships with vendors and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication or relevant field
  • Agency media experience a PLUS
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Loves working with numbers and budgets
  • Highly organized and great attention to detail is a must
  • Powerpoint skills a plus
