Job description
Our operations department plays an integral role in ensuring our venues are ready, event needs are attended to, and we are ready for the next event. In this department, you are empowered to exceed expectations and make great things happen!
As our Assistant Operation Manager, YOU WILL:

From the hours before our guests and clients arrive, you work with your team to ensure the spaces are clean and sparkling, event spaces are set up with utmost precision, and our earth-friendly initiatives are kept on track. You do this through attention to detail and knowing your people to help bring the best out of them. Our efforts are reflected in the smile on our guests’ faces and the roar of the crowd because we made their experience memorable.
- Build pride and inspiration among your team. You and your team are responsible for creating memories and joy in people’s lives. Beyond ensuring every interaction is a positive one, you do the important work of connecting with our employees, listening to them, training and prepping staff, ensuring safety protocol, diffusing conflicts, cheering them on, answering questions, and responding to employee needs in both calm and active settings.

You will inspire others to understand how important their contributions are to the entire experience from ensuring restroom cleanliness, to setting chairs for a concert, to clearing sidewalks of snow.
