Summary:
Our Property Management company oversees over 500 residential units in the central Indiana region. Majority of our properties are located in Marion County and Johnson county in the Central Indiana region. We are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Property Management Associate to help manage the properties that includes maintaining high occupancy, tenant satisfaction, owner satisfaction and maintaining the properties. The position includes a competitive salary along with commission on performance. The position also offers opportunities for advancement in the real estate career. Qualified applicant will get an opportunity to work with an experienced Real Estate broker and a great team of contractors. Our properties are meticulously maintained and efficiently controlled so that our clients and their tenants receive the best possible service. Job Description:
- Help with office duties of scheduling showings, coordinating maintenance, talking with perspective clients, and managing overall office operations.
- Respond to tenant questions and complaints in a timely manner
- Contact tenants to collect overdue rent or to discuss other issues that require immediate attention
- Coordinate/schedule maintenance on properties by connecting appropriate contractors to the tenants
- Follow-up on maintenance issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Establish rapport with tenants so they always feel valued and appreciated.
- Manage utilities to ensure all utilities have been transferred to appropriate parties; including tenants and the company.
- Ensure that all properties have utilities turned on and kept on.
- Performing simple maintenance and cleaning tasks as required in various apartment buildings units, common areas and single family homes.
- Enter bills in accounting system, paying bills, following up with tenants for rent receivables, etc.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed customer service and sales skills
- 2+years of experience in Real Estate brokerage or Property Management office preferred.

Pay: From $43,000.00 per year
