Fogelman is interviewing experienced Assistant Property Managers for a Class A North Atlanta Property. St. Andrews is a 228-unit apartment community located in the Johns Creek area of North Atlanta. The ideal candidate has assistant business management experience in the multi-family industry, strong accounting and collection skills, leasing experience, and possesses superior customer service skills. Candidate is required to work some Saturdays.

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 2 years' experience as an assistant business manager in the multi-family industry, preferably with working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM)
• Property accounting experience with strong attention to detail
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency
• Apartment leasing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service skills
• Assist the Business Manager as needed
• Weekend work required
• Ability to take direction, work independently, and communicate effectively
• Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing
• Other job duties as assigned
