Our locally owned McDonald’s has 11 restaurants with opportunities for you! The AM is responsible for assisting the General Manager for the day to day operations in the restaurant, manage business controls and promote an engaging work environment for both employees and customers. When GM is not in the restaurant, be the acting GM.

Responsibilities and Areas of Focus:

People Management

· Be a People Champion to lead and coach your team. Maintain McDonald’s People Standards through proper training, staffing, retention, hiring and communication

· Advance the continued growth and development of employees inside the restaurant

· Be a Role model and enforce policies and procedures

· Ability to be a strong trainer and coach to others

· Excellent track record of coaching, training and effectively resolving employee relations issues

· Ability to motivate a strong team and set a positive and upbeat store environment

· Use Emotional Intelligence to improve you and your team’s ability to perform

· Maintain a positive working relationship with all restaurant staff to foster and promote a cooperative and pleasant working climate, which will be conducive to maximizing employee morale, productivity and efficiency.

Operations Management

· Increase Sales Transactions, Customer Count and Profits

· Project Sales and Transactions

· Ensure excellent Quality, Service and Cleanliness throughout each shift

· Improve drive thru times

· Promote mobile use

· Enforce all safety and security policies and procedures

Business Management

· Manage controls such as labor cost, inventory and cash procedures

· Strong sense of urgency, with a customer focused mentality

· Develop Manager schedule and review crew schedule

· Able to actively work to achieve and exceed set goals for the business

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of management experience or college

· Hospitality or restaurant experience strongly preferred

· Basic Computer Skills

· Strong Communication Skills

· Ability to Multi-task

· Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
