Assistant Sales Manager

Duties

• Greet and engage with customers; begin building personal relationships and help salespeople engage.

• Help drive Key Performance Indicators with Sales people

• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers
• Present buying options to customers.
• Help maintain steady flow of our process when business calls for it.
• Act as lead salesperson on busy days.

Requirements

• Eye of the tiger, self-motivated, with exceptional organizational skills

• We need rock stars, all stars and top tier candidates who are driven to be #1
• Looking for candidates who are extroverted, uninhibited, unreserved and demonstrative
• Valid CM1 Driver’s License not required but preferred
• No prior product knowledge required
