Job Description:
- Avionics Systems Engineer Intern- Performs systems engineering tasks for CAS Avionics development projects in a dynamic environment. - Tasks include working with a team of engineers developing and implementing systems requirements, working with software team to integrate and verify coding, and detailed design documentation. The role will encompass development perspectives of systems level requirements test cases, verification procedures, pre and post-integration test, internal and external problem report investigation, analysis, and resolution. - Additional tasks will include generation of development lifecycle documents, and contributing to process improvement activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
GPA of 3.0 or greater
Preferred Skills:
Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering
