Dip Into Your Role

  • Develops and delivers strategies for accelerated growth across the hummus portfolio
  • Leads and develops new initiatives from discovery, ideation to commercialization through Sabra’s stage gate process and works cross functionally to bring them to market
  • Collaborates with Shopper Marketing, Brand Communications and Sales to develop and implement go- to-market strategies for innovations, inclusive of consumer promotions/offers and advertising to deliver volume targets
  • Partners closely with broader marketing team and sales organization to unlock and execute opportunities across the hummus portfolio
  • Leadership over marketing budget
  • General management approach to drive the commercial hummus agenda profitably
  • Drive passion both internally and externally for Sabra Hummus; be an advocate and voice for our consumers, products and brand!
  • Analyzes point of sale and competitive data to understand business trends and provides rationale for future business
  • Proactively scan the marketplace and industry for areas of competitive improvement including packaging innovation, health trends, and excellence in operational execution.

Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree strong required
  • Relevant work experience, preferably at a fast-paced consumer packaged goods company
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data and provide creative, data-driven recommendations in line with business objectives
  • Action-oriented with exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple, often accelerated projects at once
  • Ability to pro-actively lead and motivate cross-functional/agency teams in working towards a common objective
  • Strong written and oral communication skills - must have presence and command of the room in presentations to senior management
  • Ability to influence and communicate a vision is critical
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and resourceful; ability to learn on the job and self-teach
  • Curious mindset and passion for growing the brand and business
  • Must be comfortable and quick in MS Excel and PowerPoint

The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience.
