With his replacement secured in the pipeline, the owner is offering to continue working as a part time employee and be a mentor in the practice through 2027 if it behooves the associate.

To the right candidate, he is prepared to giveaway a 49% partnership share and the exclusive option to purchase the 51% majority share (Approx. $250 K).
