Position Summary
Ensure development and delivery of strategically aligned programs, materials, and initiatives to support appropriate engagement and communications with the prioritized Market Access customer segments.
Performance Objectives

  • Establish and maintain market access strategy and business planning for pipeline and commercial assets
  • Collaborate to integrate appropriate health economic and value data into communications
  • Gain and communicate key customer segment insights to support market access planning and message development
  • Develop and deliver print material, slide decks, media to communicate core messages aligned to fulfilling customer clinical and economic information needs
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional partners to execute on initiative development, approval, and delivery
  • Manage all agency relations, budgeting, and tactical plan development related to execution of Market Access marketing initiatives
  • Support all market access department operation requirements

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in science and/or business-related discipline, or the equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 7+ years oncology pharma / biotech experience
  • 2+ years oncology market access marketing experience
  • Development and execution of marketing tactical plans, including program and material development, approval and delivery
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Positive attitude, flexibility and a proactive approach
  • Adept in working cross-functionally, team oriented
  • Understanding of oncology, oral cancer product delivery, and the general cancer care macro-environment
  • Understanding of oncology payer and payer influencer customer segment
  • Process and budget management skills
  • Learning agility to acquire solid product and disease state knowledge to facilitate effective customer communications
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific, economic, and technical-related data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $183k - $216k annually. This pay range is based on the market range for positions of this type. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, commissions, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
