ABOUT THE POSITION:

Reporting to the Director of the school, the position is expected to manage all phases of admissions and enrollment processes for the school. The Associate Director will contribute to enrollment leads and effective admissions strategies, working closely with instructors, administrators, current and prospective families and students at the school. The Associate Director will also be in charge of managing and maintaining the school operations and programming.This position requires 30-35 hours of availability per week initially. After the initial 2-month probation period, based on performance review, the position will require 40 hours of availability per week as full-time employment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the application process from consultation to enrollment
  • Maintains and implements, if required, the structure of the school database
  • Monitors and evaluates overall student progresses in each course for their particular objectives
  • Supervises employees to support admissions operations and review
  • Directs overall communications and develops with administrators informational and promotional materials with newsletters and social posts
  • Provides briefs and recommendations to the Director as necessary
  • Serves as a main resource to interested students, families, and academies via phone, email, or in person, with the ability to write cordial and professional emails.
  • Oversees the daily operation of the school, classroom tidiness, and facilities in good operation
  • Any other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related experience in admissions, operations management, enrollment, or student services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills
  • A dual-minded approach: creativity with good writing skills and decision-making skills based on scale and data
  • Familiarity with the Mac and computer operating systems and proficiency with Adobe Suite specifically Photoshop
  • Experience in CRM, data analysis, marketing (i.e. SEO, Analytics) is preferred
