The Associate Employee Installation Specialist will be responsible for the installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: structure building, and billing set up, structure revisions, researching and resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. This position is also responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents.

The key challenge of this role centers around your ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently. You'll be challenged with daily tasks that must be completed in a timely manner as well as maintaining a high accuracy rate. Extensive use of macros is also required. This is a challenging role with serious impact. You'll need strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively interact with other departments.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential areas where existing business and operational policies and procedures require change and/or where new ones need to be developed and make recommendations for improvement in those areas
  • Create and maintain CDH tables that are used to administer the HRA and Incentive programs
  • Maintain customers HRA plan designs and execute annual rollover process ensuring members are receiving correct contributions
  • Configure and test incentive plans that are set up on the PDHI portal
  • Research and resolve written inquiries submitted by members, customers and internal departments
  • Work daily reports to ensure members receive the correct HRA contributions based on the plan’s intent
  • Work monthly audit reports to keep the members HRA balance in sync between the claim processing system (CPS) and the debit card account (WEX)
  • Attend intent calls to capture key components of the HRA plan design
  • Create and maintain P&P to ensure we have documentation on each task that is required
  • Create reward card files and send to designated business partners and internal departments to ensure members receive their incentive reward in a timely manner
  • Manually update HRA and Incentive accums when an automated process can not be used
  • Escalate potential issues related to eligibility, file feeds or system issues in a timely manner
  • Run macros to retrieve or load accumulators, update tables or process transactions
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of work experience
  • 1+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems OR 1+ year of work experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
  • Experience with MS Excel (Saving and Opening a workbook, Managing worksheets, Formatting cells, Sorting data)
  • Experience with MS Word (Creating text documents, Editing and Formatting the existing documents, Making a text document interactive with different features and tools, Detecting grammatical errors in a text document)
  • 1+ years of experience working on the UMR CPS platform (wauben/jacada)
  • Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience working with Consumer Driven Health Plans (HRA, HSA, FSA, HIA)
  • Experience with health care, medical, or pharmacy terminology
  • Experience creating basic formulas, creating, and managing pivot tables in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with building and running macros
  • Experience using Visio and PowerPoint

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $18.17 - $32.26. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $20.00 - $35.53.
