Title: Associate Manager, Accounts Receivable/ Billing Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are seeking an Associate Manager, Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to add to the revenue accounting team. This resource will report to the Sr. Revenue Accounting Manager. This role has exclusive responsibility for all Duck Creek invoicing. The Specialist will manage all software and professional services invoices throughout the month for all Duck Creek locations, both US and International.
  • Prioritize and independently manage SaaS invoicing covering Software Licensing, Maintenance and Professional services.
  • Project Manage invoicing requests and issues in a professional manner from both internal and external customers
  • Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all information is presented accurately
  • Exercise judgment around custom invoicing queries
  • Manage delivery of all invoices to external parties including to 3rd party systems such as Ariba or Coupa
  • Assess CPI/ECI increases for annual software renewals according to contractual terms
  • Maintain required supporting documentation through Workday Financials
  • Contact customers for overdue invoices
  • Identify problems in process and take ownership of the resolution
WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience preparing client invoices in a software or professional services environment
  • Developed organization systems for handling high volumes of transactions
  • Have a proven track record of completing tasks independently
  • Managed delivery of invoices through 3rd party systems such as Ariba, Coupa, Fieldglass
WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW:
  • Excellent prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Workday Financials experience
  • Proficient Excel user capable of computing complex formulas, pivot tables, macros
